This Brookhaven Heights home was built with the kind of kitchen you might expect in a spec home. The cabinets seemed, after ten years, very plain and unexciting. Besides that, the kitchen layout had some serious functional issues. For example, the refrigerator was stuck in a corner by itself, between two doorways, and without any countertop adjacent or even any cabinetry above.
